Erickson Retirement Communities is proposing a development on the Landmark Baptist Temple property which is off Glendale-Milford Road. In the next few months Council will consider the draft language for a zoning change for this type of project as well as a draft agreement with the Village of Glendale for shared jurisdictional responsibilities on the project. Your input is important to us as this development is reviewed.
Congratulations to the Evendale Eagles Swim Team. They captured their 11th consecutive championship!!
The Village of Evendale Planning Commission has completed review and has forwarded a recommendation to Village Council to approve the final draft Comprehensive Master Plan. For more information or to view the most recent draft please contact the office at 563-2244. This is an important tool for the Village to use in planning future land uses in the Village.
Note from the Service Department: if you are setting limbs and brush at the curb for chipping please leave them as long as possible. The chipper can handle long branches and it actually makes it easier for the Service folks to get them in the chipper and requires fewer trips. Also, set the branches out with the cut end facing the street and have them all facing the same direction. This also makes it easier to feed into the chipper and will allow us to get the job done quicker. The Service Department thanks you for your consideration and works hard to keep the Village looking like a Top 25 suburb.
