The Public Records Commission reviews requests by Department Heads to remove and destroy outdated, non-essential and not required papers and documents. Prior to removal and destruction of any official public record from Village control this Commission must review and approve the request. The Public Records Commission also puts in place a records retention policy for the various documents required to be maintained by the Village of Evendale according to State Law.
