Mission Statement
The Planning Commission is responsible for the land use planning within the Village of Evendale. Each member is appointed for a 4 year term on a rotating basis. This would include the approval or disapproval of every subdivision of land within the Village submitted to the Commission for review. This also includes review and recommendation on zone changes, Planned Business Developments and any street or alleyway proposed or altered. The Planning Commission shall render written reports and recommendations to Council when requested to do so on the subject of signs, including proposed amendments to the regulations, requests for variances and other matters relating to Chapter 1460 of the Village of Evendale Building and Housing Code.
