Similar Use Permit	Used to request a Similar Use designation by the Building Commissioner.
Roof Permit	Used for roof replacement on residentol or commercial structures.
Sign Variance Application	Used to apply to request a variance from the Sign Variance Committee.
Special Event Permit	Used for carnivals, festivals, tent sales, etc.
Street Opening Permit	Is necessary whenever someone wants to excavate with in the public right-of-way.
Swimming Pool Permit	Used for installaion of new pool on residential or commercial property.
Water Management Sediment Control Permit	Is necessary whenever 100 cubic yards or more of dirt is being moved either in or out of the property.
Zoning Board of Appeals Application	Used to apply to request a variance from the Zoning Board of Appeals.
Zoning Certificate of Compliance	Used to determine if the new commercial occupant/tentant is a permitted use in that specific district.
