Don has been the Building Commissioner for the Village since 2003. Mr. Mercer also functions as the Building Inspector and Chief Building Official.

Mr. Mercer retired from the City of Cincinnati after working as a Building Inspector for 30 years. He serves as a contractor for the Village providing services on an as needed basis.

Pam has been the Building Department Clerk since 1995. She is the main contact for the office and can help guide you in the right direction if she can't help you herself.

Pam and her husband Dennis live in Evendale and have three sons.

Art has been the Zoning Inspector since 1997. Prior to that he was the Service Director for the Village retiring after more than 35 years.
