The Zoning Board of Appeals shall have jurisdiction and authority to hear and decide appeals from decisions or determinations made by the Building Commissioner or Planning Commission and to hear and decide upon applications for variances from the requirements of Chapter 12 & 14 of the Village of Evendale Code of Ordinances.
Members are appointed for 5 year terms on a rotating basis.
