Council Meetings are the 2nd Tuesday of each month beginning at 7:00pm in the Municipal Building.
Special meetings are scheduled occasionally, as need dictates.

Council Committee Meetings:
Council Committees meet seven days prior to the regularly scheduled council meetings which is the Tuesday of the week before the council meeting will take place.
Finance-Administration-Service-Engineering and Gorman Heritage Farm Council Committee
This Council committee consists of three council members; Chris Schaefer (chair), Catherine Hartman and Jeff Albrinck and the Chief Fiscal and Accounting Officer, George Snyder, Service Department Director, Jim Bothe ; Village Engineer, James Jeffers; Executive Director of Gorman Heritage Farm, and President of the Gorman Heritage Farm Foundation.
Police-Fire-Recreation Council Committee
This Council committee consists of three council members; Doug Lohmeier (chair), Stiney Vonderhaar and John Ranz; and the Police Chief,Niel Korte; Fire Chief, Rick Cruse; and Recreation Director Dave Nichols.
