Council Meetings are the 2nd Thursday of each month beginning at 7:00pm in the Municipal Building.
Special meetings are scheduled occasionally, as need dictates.

Council Committee Meetings:
Council Committees meet nine days prior to the regularly scheduled council meetings which is the Tuesday of the week before the council meeting will take place.
Fire-Service-Recreation-Engineering and Gorman Heritage Farm Council Committee
This Council committee consists of three council members; Doug Lohmeier (chair), Stiney Vonderhaar and Carolyn Smiley-Robertson and the Fire Chief, John Vail and Rick Cruse; Service Department Director, Jim Bothe ; Village Engineer, James Jeffers; Executive Director of Gorman Heritage Farm, Peggy Paff and President of the Gorman Heritage Farm Foundation, Jim Cole.
Police-Finance-Administration Council Committee
This Council committee consists of three council members; Jeff Albrinck (chair), Bill Puthoff and John Ranz; Police Chief, Gary Foust; Recreation Department Director, David Nichols; and the Chief Fiscal and Accounting Officer, George Snyder.
