Fifth Third Bank announced as a tenant for the Evendale Commons Business Park. Fifth Third will occupy one of the outlot parcels along Reading Road. Planning Commission review of the site and building are still pending. At this point there has not been a submission request for review.
At the February 9, 2006 Village Council Meeting it was announced that Starbucks Coffee has signed a letter of intent with Anchor Properties. The Starbucks will be placed at the entrance off of Glendale-Milford Road along with a few other users to be determined.
