Sessions run monthly. Tuesdays & Thursdays 6:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.
$25 per person. If more than one family member signs up, only $20 each.

Please register at the Recreation Center for the specific class in which you are interested. Classes begin the week of October 3rd, and end the week of December 12. (No classes the week of November 21st.)
FIT AFTER 50
This is a gentle aerobics class that will enhance strength, coordination, balance and cardiovascular health. It is geared to seniors, pregnant women, arthritic members, or those that are overweight.

$29 per class for Adult Services, Fitness, Facility Members for 1 day/week $34 for non-members

This three week program is designed to sculpt muscle, burn fat and get the endorphins flowing – it will also establish a healthy pattern for hopefully the rest of your life! Stop by the fitness center to pick up the workout instructions that will get you started on a new you. This program is adapted from Fitness Magazine.
