TAE KWON DO
Sessions run monthly.   Tuesdays & Thursdays            6:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.
$25 per person. If more than one family member signs up, only $20 each.


FITNESS CLASSES BY TRI-HEALTH:
BALLET  – This class will teach 3-5 year olds the basics of ballet dance.

EXTREME BOOTCAMP – take your workout to the next level Intermediate fitness level recommended.
Thursdays 6:00-7:00am   Residents:  $32/10 weeks                Non-residents:  $39/10 weeks
  
FIT AFTER FIFTY - This class is a mix of muscle toning, balance exercises and flexibility training.  All exercises will be slow and controlled.  All levels welcome.
Tuesday and Thursday 9:15-10:15am

KICKBOXING –a full-body workout with the focus being on your waist, back, abs and hips.  All levels welcome.  
Thursday 6:30-7:30pm    Residents:  $32/10 weeks                Non-residents:  $39/10 weeks

MUSCLE – This class includes a warm-up and exercises to target major muscle groups to build muscular strength and endurance.  All levels welcome.   
Saturday 9:15-10:15am   Residents:  $32/10 weeks                Non-residents:  $39/10 weeks

PILATES – focus on the core muscles in the hips, abdominals and back.  You will gain muscle toning, stability and balance.  All levels welcome.  
Tuesday 8:00-8:45am & Tuesday 8:00-8:45pm

SPINNING – A bicycling class with an instructor that will talk you through peaks and valleys of a virtual bike ride Beginners are welcome.  Only 6 bikes are available, Sign up right away! All levels welcome.

TEEN SPINNING – Thursday 5:30-6:15pm,

STEP – A great leg and cardio workout.  All levels welcome.

STEP INTERVAL –combine a cardio step class and muscle conditioning.  all levels welcome.

YOGALATES – tone all your muscles while incorporating the stability ball and yoga poses for muscular balance and endurance.  All levels welcome.  
Wednesdays 6:15-7:15pm           Residents:  $32/10 weeks               Non-residents:  $39/10 weeks

YOGA FOR TOTS - While "playing" yoga, children will play breathing games by blowing bubbles, act out stories, and pretend to be animals. Class is for 3-5 year olds, parents may attend     
Monday 11:15am-12:00pm and Wednesday 1:30-2:15pm        BOTH CLASSES BEGIN THE WEEK OF APRIL 3RD

Join our TriHealth Dietician, Rebecca Diener for 4 classes on all you need to know about feeding yourself right for Diabetes.   Cost will be $30 for residents.
Topics will include the following:
 Identifying appropriate meal plans
  Defining good and bad carbohydrates
  Identifying other food groups that affect blood sugar control
  Defining the glycemic index and its role in diabetes management
  Recipe modification and healthy food preparation methods
