Meeting Minutes for October 19, 2006
Present at the Meeting:
Bob Griffin, Jim Owens, Pat Casey
Topics Discussed:
* Reviewed meeting minutes from August 17, 2006.
* Service Department removed excess gravel from parking lot.
* Install Plexiglas cover on east side of signboard and then add more information to include before/after pictures, Bob Griffin letter with history, list of Eagle projects completed, and maybe a list of wildflowers, trees, and fish in the preserve.
* Suggestion was made to possibly add some landscaping around sewer near bench at pond.
* Spring cleanup with volunteers to be discussed at February meeting.
Action Items:
* Request Service Department to install Plexiglas cover to signboard.
