Grace Ficke, PLP Governing Committee Member, recently won the “Outstanding Leadership Award for Youth 12-18” through the Ohio Parks and Recreation Association. She is being honored on February 10th in Dayton at OPRA’s Annual Awards Reception and Dinner.
