I. New Business
a. Fee subcommittee recommendation: No fee increases with the exception of a possible increase in the “business” membership fees for 2008 ($50 - $100 range)
b. (1.) General Operating Policies
*include “new” ID card system verbiage; * add au pair in the babysitter category; *increase “business” memberships by 15 in the Full Facility and Fitness categories; * add current “business” members can renew their membership(s) starting in mid-December
(4.) Team Sports
*strike 7th bullet in 4.1 (2.) and add “a parent/guardian may need to complete the PAYS program, again, e.g., because of an unsportsmanlike act or another behavioral issue during a game”; *add youth sports league fee list; *add PENN alert system verbiage
(5.) Inclement Weather
Level 3 (3.) add Channel 12 and current reporting of closings/cancellations procedures

a. TriHealth April report (No report because of Kathy McGrath’s pregnancy medical condition)
