Village of Evendale Recreation Department
Sealed bid(s) NOW being accepted for certain pieces of used cardio equipment. Please write (print) your bid amount, name, contact number, date, and piece of equipment/serial number (below) on your bid sheet, and place the bid in an envelope (marked cardio equipment) and seal. Sealed bid(s) will be accepted at the Recreation Center’s front desk counter until Friday, February 12, 2010,
12 noon when at that time the Recreation Department will open the bid(s). The department will contact the winning bidder after bids are open. If more than one person bids on the same item and the bid amounts are the same, the names will be blindly drawn by a recreation department’s staff person.
- The equipment, below, is being sold USED AS IS by the Village of Evendale. The responsibility lies with the prospective purchaser to transport any cardio equipment from the Recreation Center within 72 hours of a purchase. (Make checks payable to the Village of Evendale.)
The equipment, below, is being stored at the Recreation Center, South Gym storage room.
