Wine Appreciation and Tasting,
Join John at the Evendale Cultural Arts Center and learn about Wine Making, Pricing, varieties and regions of the world wine comes from. Learn your palate, proper cellaring and decanting of all wines and even get to taste some wine. This week John will have wines from Italy.
He will tell you about Wine and food pairing, stemware, how to spot a “Corked” wine, and etiquette.
You will taste representative red wines and white wines
Pay $10.00 within each class to defray cost of the wine.
Limit 15, must be 21 + years.
