1. Remove schedule number 2A.002 series- same as 2A.032.
2. Add “ and Zoning” to series 2A.005.
3. Remove 2A.010 – same as 2A.032 “10 years”.
4. 2A.018- Changing the retention period to “permanent”.
5. 2A.020- Changing the retention period to “permanent”.
6. Remove 2A.023 – same as 2A.029.
7. 2A.029- Changing the retention period to “permanent”.
8. 2A.032- Changing the retention period to “permanent”.
B. Parks and Recreation- Section 9
1. 9A.005 – change “shelter house permits” to “facility permits”.
2. Add 9A.011 – Fitness center attendance sheets- 2 years
C. Correspondence 1A.018 – Discuss consolidating categories
