An application for volunteer coaches will not be considered from any person who has a conviction for any sexual crime at any time in the past or for any drug, felony, violence or domestic violence-knowingly causing the victim harm, crime within the past five years. Further, an application will not be considered from a person who has any criminal conviction at any time that is deemed to be of such nature as to cause damage to the effectiveness of the Village of Evendale. These may include, but are not limited to, the following:
A. Aggravated murder, murder, voluntary manslaughter, involuntary manslaughter
B. Felonious assault, aggravated assault, assault
C. Failing to provide for a functionally impaired person
D. Patient abuse or neglect.
E. Kidnapping, abduction, child stealing, criminal child enticement.
F. Aggravated menacing.
G. Rape, sexual battery, corruption of a minor, gross sexual imposition, importuning, voyeurism, public indecency, felonious sexual penetration, compelling prostitution, promoting prostitution, procuring prostitution, disseminating matter harmful to juveniles, pandering obscenity, pandering obscenity involving a minor, pandering sexually oriented matter involving a minor, illegal use of a minor in nudity-oriented material or performance.
H. Aggravated robbery, robbery.
I. Aggravated burglary, burglary.
J. Endangering children.
K. Contributing to the delinquency of children.
L. Domestic violence.
M. Carrying concealed weapons, having weapons while under disability, improperly discharging firearm at or into a habitation or school.
N. Corrupting another with drugs.
O. Trafficking in drugs.
P. Illegal manufacture of drugs or cultivation of marijuana.
Q. Funding of drug or marijuana trafficking.
R. Illegal administration or distribution of anabolic steroids.
S. Drug possession offences (that are not a minor drug possession offense)
T. Placing harmful objects in or adulterating food or confection.
U. An offense of violence.
V. A drug offense (as defined in R C 2925.02, that is not a minor misdemeanor).
W. Providing alcohol to a minor.
