SIGN VARIANCE COMMITTEE MEEETING

NEW BUSINESS:
- Evendale Investment Center, 10800 Reading Road, Evendale, Ohio 45241
Evendale Investments has requested the following variances from Section 1262.1(c) of the Village of Evendale Zoning Code:
- Pole signs are not permitted in the General Commercial District;
- Maximum allowable sign height is eight feet;
- Maximum allowable is 6o square feet.

Equity has requested the following variances from Section 1262.11 of the Village of Evendale Zoning Code:
- One Real Estate Sign per lot in the General Commercial District (1262.11 (c));
- Maximum allowable size is 32 square feet (1262.11 (c));
- Maximum allowable height is eight feet (1262.11(c));
- All Real Estate Signs must be located on the same lot in which they are advertising (1262.09(o)(ii).
- Approval of the minutes for the December 8, 2008 meeting.
