MEN’S BAKSETBALL
1. Resident team maintaining 100% resident roster. Early Bird (Resident) Team Entry Fee, before 10/11 is $100.00 or $125.00 after 10/11.
2. Resident team maintaining 50% resident roster. Early Bird (Resident) Team Entry Fee, before 10/11 is $125.00 or $150.00 after 10/11.
3. Business Teams: An Evendale business sponsored team must maintain 50% business roster. Early Bird (Business) Team Entry Fee, before 10/11 is $225.00 or $250.00 after 10/11.
4. Non-resident teams, if space is available, are eligible to register. Non-resident team fee is $250.00.

Managers’ meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, October 12, 2005,
6:00 p.m., Evendale Recreation Center, 10500 Reading Road, Evendale Room.
Note: Returning teams meeting the entry deadline date, October 11, will have placement priority over a “new” team. New teams desiring entry into a league must submit application and entry fee (check only) to the Recreation office no later than the deadline date. Acceptance of the fee does not guarantee a place in the league, but places the team into a lottery drawing. All openings (if any) will be filled in order of the lottery. Teams not drawn in the lottery will be put on a waiting list, and have their check returned. Teams may, but need not be present at the lottery, (noon, Monday, October 11.) To prevent teams from submitting more than one application, NO REFUNDS will be given to teams whose applications are successful.
If applicable, a list of individuals wanting to play will be distributed at the required managers’ meeting.

TEST THOSE BASKETBALL SKILLS AND MAYBE WIN A TURKEY!
Turkey Shoot Saturday, November 12
10:00 a.m. Turkey Shoot: Basketball fun for the entire family. A free-throw competition with a Turkey as the bounty.
Teams: Two family members...one adult 18 or older and one from the division below. Parents may team up with more than one child but child may only enter once.
Divisions: 3 & 4 5 & 6 7 - 9 10 & 11 12 & 13 14 - 17
Moms & Pops
Competition: Everyone shoots three rounds of five shots. Basket heights and distances will be adjusted by age. Special baskets for 3-6 year olds will be used.
Awards: The winner of each division will receive a Turkey for Thanksgiving. (Families may only win in one division.) Special door prizes will be awarded. Must be present to win.
Fee: $1.00 per team by November 4 $2.00 per team after Nov. 4
(No sign-ups after 9:00 p.m. on November 11th)
