Flashlight egg hunt, glow-in-the dark egg toss, D.J., set-ups and snacks will be provided at the Shelter House. Bring your own beverage.~ ~There will be several GOLDEN eggs with extra special prizes (restaurant gift certificates, Free Oil Change, etc.)
~GET A SITTER, GO OUT TO DINNER, THEN HAVE SOME FUN IN THE DARK!

We are now accepting applications until 3/27 for residents at the early bird fee.~ See link on website for our team entry form.~ You’ll see Adult Team sports have been revamped to justify spending when it comes to Business and Non-Resident team fees.~ If you have any questions, please email me at kristen.maiden@evendaleohio.org
~1.~ Resident team maintaining 75% resident roster.~ Early Bird (Resident) Team Entry Fee, before 3/27 is $100.00 or $125.00 starting 3/28
2.~ Resident team maintaining 50% resident roster.~ Early Bird (Resident) Team Entry Fee, before 3/27 is $150 or $175.00 starting 3/28.
3.~ Business Teams: An Evendale business sponsored team must maintain at least a 50% business roster. Business players must be employed on a permanent, full-time basis by a company located within the boundaries of the Village of Evendale.~ ***Team must submit a letter on official company letterhead and signed by HR Manager or President of company – confirming employment of rostered players.~ This letter, with roster, must be turned in by registration deadline to receive set price.~ 75% Early Bird “Business” Roster, Team Entry Fee, before 3/27 is $275.00 or $300.00 starting 3/28~~~ 50% “Business” Roster Team Entry Fee, before 3/27 is $325.00 or $350.00 starting 3/28.
4.~ Non-resident teams, if space is available, are eligible to register starting 3/28.~ Non-resident team fee is $400.00.~

1. Resident team maintaining 100% resident roster. Early Bird (Resident) Team Entry Fee, before 4/26 is $95.00 or $115.00 starting 4/27.
2. Resident team maintaining 50% resident roster. Early Bird (Resident) Team Entry Fee, before 4/26 is $115.00 or $135.00 starting 4/27.
