The Evendale Police Department is a participating agency in the Greater Cincinnati Regional Terrorism Early Warning Group (TEWG). The TEWG was formed as a regional cooperative effort among public safety and health agencies throughout the Greater Cincinnati Area as a means to combat potential terrorist activity. The TEWG takes proactive measures to detect, prevent, deter and respond to a terrorist act, or the documented threat of such an act and minimize the effects should such a terrorist act occur.
