COVID-19 Public Meeting Protocol

All public meetings will go forward as scheduled. Notices and agendas for these meetings will be posted in accordance with traditional posting requirements. All meetings are open to the public but will be conducted in accordance with the following criteria:

All meeting attendees must wear a face covering. Attendees are asked to bring their own masks.

All meeting attendees must adhere to social distancing requirements at all times before, during, and after meetings. Seating in Council Chambers, where all meetings will take place, has been arranged to meet the six (6) feet social distancing requirement.

For individuals who are ill or showing symptoms of illness, the Village respectfully requests that you not attend public meetings.

Individuals who are not able to attend public meetings in person, for any reason, are encouraged to contact staff or elected officials by phone or email at any time with questions, concerns, or ideas about meeting agendas or service.

 Individuals showing symptoms of illness who attend public meetings may be asked to leave.
