Beginning Acrylic Painting Class

A class designed for those who have always wanted to try it but never had the time. This is the place to learn how to mix paint, basic composition, color theory and how to quickly lay in a color composition. The first three weeks are lessons on blending, color mixing, and composition. Still life, photo reference and a figure study are used as subjects for painting.

Titanium White

Jar for water

Brushes, Talkon Brushes are good. Please avoid China White Brushes

Paintings surfaces...(4) 11x14 and (2) 16x20 primed canvas or Panel

(Lowes and Home Depot will cut a 4'8' sheet of quarter inch sanded plywood to order -@$14)

Glass or ceramic plate to use as a palette. Please no plastic palette.
