Retired burlesque queen Beatrice Shelton desperately needs a vacation – and NOT another trip up to Helen, Georgia to see that “precious little German village for the umpteenth time.” A Sassy Seniors Cruise through the Caribbean may be just the ticket if she can just convince her best friend, Eaddy Mae Clayton, to stop praying and go with her. Unfortunately, things have not been very pleasant at Magnolia Place Assisted Living since Nurse Pat Jones began working there. The newest resident, Imogene Fletcher, is suddenly losing her memory. Maude Jenkins is obsessed with her favorite soap opera and planning her own funeral. Sam Smith, retired Elvis impersonator, keeps trying to bed every woman in the building. A mystery unfolds with laughter as the gals try to outsmart the evil Nurse Pat Jones and figure out why so many residents have been moved to “the dark side,” what exactly IS that mysterious pill, and what happened to Doctor Head? Hilarity ensues as Imogene goes undercover and Maude enters the Miss Magnolia Senior Citizen Pageant to throw Pat off their trail. If they can solve the mystery, they may make it to the cruise ship after all.

Reviews: “If The Golden Girls was rebooted today, it would look much like Four Old Broads, a clever geriatric comedy.” – Carolina Curtain Call

“Leslie Kimbell is a much needed new voice in theatre, writing these ‘old broads’ with authenticity, pathos and humor. Audiences eat them up! Four Old Broads is laugh-out-loud hysterical with a whole lot of heart.” – Del Shores

Original Stage Play by Vaslav J. Rice
An original Romantic Comedy Drama stage play about love in the world of politics. Young political campaign workers Mason Brandon (Geoff Hill) & S.J. Henshaw (Megan Fridenmaker) meet each other during the primary campaign season of 1992 on Leap Year. Despite working for rival Presidential candidates- the two fall for each other. During the next twenty years (1996, 2000, 2004, 2008 & 2012)- Mason & S.J. reunite every Leap Year (around every Leap Year: Presidential Primaries are in full swing). Marriages, children, significant others, rival candidates, opposite party candidates, different cities never get in the way for these tortured lovers from reuniting. Also with (Alisha Lee) & (Robert Walker). You will laugh and you will cry. You will also fall in love with Mason & S.J.

Tippi Toes® brings dance to you. We instill a love of dance in children ages 18 months – 12 years. Our original imaginative music and choreography enrich creativity, motor skills, and body awareness while building each child’s self-esteem. Our ballet, tap, jazz, and hip hop classes are fun and exciting for all children. Each class begins with warm-ups and stretching exercises as well as activities that encourage boys and girls to use their imagination. We then introduce ballet, tap, jazz, or hip hop techniques using dance terms and examples to enhance their knowledge of the art. We incorporate our original dance music to further their dance experience. During each class, we instruct the children on dances which will be performed at various times throughout the year. We offer a variety of dance classes depending on the age of the dancer.

This class is a wonderful transition between Toddler & Me and Ballet, Tap & Jazz class.  Music, movement, balance, and the basic dance steps are introduced in a fun, friendly, and positive manner.  The dancers do not have mom, dad or another loved one by their side during the class, so this class is great for children who will be able to participate in class on their own.  Our teachers will keep the music and curriculum moving along in a way that is fun, positive, and appropriate for children 2-4 years of age.
