This class starts with the basics of 2 point perspective, roads, buildings, windows, city and rural buildings, trees fences. Shading on those structures. Then the second four weeks we work on blind contours, some still life, trees and maybe even some fruit, and then combining perspective and organic forms in a composition. A great class for adults who want to learn to draw for the first time. It is fun, fast, but be prepared for some homework.
Materials List: Small pencil set. (4B 2B HB 2H and a kneaded eraser) Wal mart has them for about $5 in the craft section and  11 X 15 Drawing Paper.

Bring in what you have, ideas of what you want to paint, projects already started and need completion. The first class I will have a hand out of weekly demonstrations and you can come to the class that interests you the most , or all of them. Demo topics may include, different methods of portraiture, mediums and additives, landscape design, abstraction, how to paint different trees, stretching the limits of acrylics palette knife to water media, perspective, projecting your images to draw and trace, mixing paint colors, composing a still life,  and more.
