EVENDALE HIRES RODNEY AS BUILDING, PLANNING AND ZONING MANAGER
In July 2019, Evendale Village Council authorized the hiring of Andrew Rodney as the Village’s full-time Building, Planning and Zoning Manager. His first day of employment was August 5th. Mr. Rodney brings more than 14 years of planning, zoning and code enforcement experience to Evendale having most recently served as City Planner for the City of Centerville, Ohio. His previous experiences included positions with the City of Dayton and Miami Valley Regional Planning Commission. Mr. Rodney earned a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from Wright State University and is a Certified Planner with the American Planning Association. “We are delighted to have Mr. Rodney join our Evendale team”, said Mayor Richard Finan. “He brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to our community” Finan continued. Mr. Rodney is replacing Pam Morin who retired at the end of August after 24 years of professional and appreciated service with the Village.
