The Village of Evendale was recently awarded a $9,500 grant from the Duke Energy Foundation to help fund master planning for Evendale’s AeroHub development.  AeroHub is a 50+ acre site west of I-75 for advanced manufacturing and high-tech businesses. Initial analysis suggests the site is capable of supporting three to five thousand professional jobs. Evendale officials have met with several end-users already interested in AeroHub.  Phase I of a new roadway into the planned campus is currently underway, scheduled for completion by December 2018.
