How many sets of plans do I need for submittal?

Building Permit Submittal Requirements:  

• Commercial Projects: Two hard copies and one digital set.  All submissions should include;  
  1. A completed Building and/or Mechanical permit application.
  2. Site Plan
  3. Construction Drawings and required specification sheets if needed.

• Residential Projects: One hard copy and one digital set. All submissions should include;  
  1. A completed Building and/or Mechanical permit application.
  2. Site Plan
  3. Construction Drawings.

Digital plans can be submitted in person via a USB stick or emailed to building@evendaleohio.org. Please combine digital files into a single PDF. If the file size is to large or you do not have access to Adobe Acrobat please contact the building department to discuss other digital submittal options.
