COVID-19 Update #6 of 6 - Orders Rescinded

To: All Residents, Businesses, Patrons, Employees, Volunteers and Officials of the Village of Evendale

On June 1, 2021, Stephanie McCloud, Director of the Ohio Department of Health, issued the attached Order summarily rescinding seven (7) previous Orders related to preventing the spread of contagious or infectious diseases. In accordance with the attached Order, the Village of Evendale is hereby rescinding all previous Village mandates and recommendations as described and implemented in five (5) previous Memos dated March 13th, March 18th, March 23rd, April 2nd and May 1st of 2020 with the following exceptions:

1. Recreation Department

•      Staff members will continue to wear face coverings and continue heightened cleaning procedures until further notice
•      Face coverings are recommended for patrons in bathrooms, breezeways and any place indoors when not exercising.
•      Safety partitions will remain in place until further notice
•      Social Distancing is encouraged

2.  Village Campus-wide

•  Illness - For individuals who are ill or showing symptoms of illness, the Village respectfully requests that you not attend public functions or meetings. In the event public services are needed due to   emergency circumstances, the Village encourages the use of face coverings and social distancing, when practical while rendering service, to reduce the spread of contagious or infectious diseases.
• Public Meetings – Public meetings are open to the public.
• Regular Monthly Council Meetings will continue to be livestreamed on the Village website (www.evendaleohio.org) and Facebook page.
• Individuals who are not able to attend public meetings in person, for any reason, are encouraged to contact staff or elected officials by phone or email at any time with questions, concerns or ideas about meeting agendas or services.
