PRIVATE EVENTS/THEATER RENTAL

Both the Evendale Cultural Arts Center and Bell Tower Arts Pavilion are available for rental. Both of these 10,000 square foot facilities are great locations for a range of events. We have space for theatrical productions, film screenings, music, and dance recitals, studio and rehearsal space, meetings and events. Our professional event support staff are available to help you manage all aspects of your event. Both Arts Centers are truly unique and vibrant spaces. Ample parking is available directly behind each building.

  Events, Film Screenings, Recitals, Performances and Rehearsals

The Bell Tower Arts Pavilion Theater seats up to 200 people, we have access to a movie theater quality screen as well as options for the full use of the stage area. Sound equipment and a grand piano may be rented as part of your event. We also have a range of small studios available for rehearsal space at very affordable prices. The Evendale Cultural Arts Center has an 80 seat auditorium and gallery space, a small renovated former gymnasium and several smaller studio and meeting rental spaces.  Corporate Retreats and Meetings

Our gallery and studio spaces are the perfect setting for corporate events. Whether it is for a company retreat or treating clients to an evening of great art and cocktails, our galleries provide space for up to 100 guests. Classroom style setup and rounds are also options.

 All areas in the Bell Tower Arts Pavilion are accessible to persons with disabilities. Due to the historic nature of the building, the Evendale Cultural Arts Center has limited accessibility.
