HC Prosecutor Request
We are committed to better understanding and healing from the hateful actions
of February 7 and to that end, I have directed our Chief of Police to ask the
Hamilton County Prosecutor’s Office to conduct a review and advise if there are
any legally viable charges to bring from actions that took place on February 7. If
so, we will work to identify and charge anyone believed to have committed a
crime.
We continue to work towards securing the safety and security of all who live and
work in our communities. We stand together with everyone in SW Ohio
condemning hate in all forms.
