21CP Solutions Independent Investigation & After-Action Review of Police Response

This report presents the findings of an independent investigation and after-action review into the law enforcement response to the white supremacist demonstration and subsequent events that occurred in and around Evendale, Ohio. The purpose of this review was to establish a comprehensive factual account, evaluate the operational decisions taken by the Evendale Police Department and other responding agencies, and provide informed recommendations to improve future public safety responses.
