The Village of Evendale offers two ways to submit your Building Permit applications:

1. Submit a Building Permit Application via the Village’s Online Portal

1. In person applications, download the appropriate application here. Fill out the required sections and return to the Village Administration Office between the hours of 8:00am and 4:00 pm.

Required Documents

• 1 Building Permit Application (not required when using the online portal).
• 1 site plan (a google earth photo can be used if a site plan is not available).
• 1 full set of construction drawings.
  • Some residential projects do not require construction drawings (ie. Fences, roofs replaced like for like, or HVAC). 
  • All commercial projects require 1 physical set of drawings to be submitted
