Gas Aggregation Program – AEP Account Correction - Nov. 4th

It has been brought to the Village’s attention that several AEP gas aggregation accounts throughout Hamilton County, including in Evendale, were recently, inadvertently discontinued as a result of a computer error at AEP.   Consequently, discontinued accounts received a letter from Duke advising that Duke is now the gas service provider.  The error has been corrected and AEP gas supply rates should not be impacted. Residents who received Duke letters should receive a letter from AEP notifying them of this correction.  No further action is necessary from program participants at this time; but, please check your bill next month to see if AEP remains your gas supplier.
